N.E.T Pharmacy College, Raichur successfully organized an online master session on “The New Pharma Job Reality”, delivering valuable insights into the evolving pharmaceutical industry.
The session began with a welcome address by Dr. Sunil Kumar, who also introduced the distinguished speaker to the audience. The session was led by Mr. Uma Desu, Author and CAIO – GenAI Pioneer, with 28 years of rich industry experience. He shared practical perspectives on emerging trends such as no-code AI tools, GenAI workflows, prompt engineering for pharma, and AI-driven clinical documentation, offering students a clear understanding of future career opportunities.
The webinar was graced by the presence of Dr. H. Doddayya, Principal, Dr. V. R. Gupta, Director – Academic Development & Research, along with faculty members and students of B.Pharm, M.Pharm, and Pharm.D, who actively participated in the session.
The program was an interactive and informative learning experience, equipping students with industry-relevant knowledge and inspiring them to prepare for the changing pharmaceutical job landscape.
