Congratulations to Our Student Innovators!
N.E.T. Pharmacy College, Raichur, proudly congratulates Mr. Rasheek Ahamed, Ms. Rumaan Khan, and Ms. Neha Yelli, Pharm.D second year students, on being shortlisted for the Final Round of the Bharat MSME Innovation Challenge.
Their innovative project, FactorySync, is a smart AI-enabled factory health monitoring system designed to support small and medium pharmaceutical and chemical industries. The solution addresses critical challenges such as unexpected machine breakdowns, energy wastage, and production losses by integrating low-cost sensors with artificial intelligence to continuously monitor equipment health.
FactorySync collects data from motors, pumps, compressors, reactors, and boilers by analyzing key parameters such as temperature, vibration, power consumption, and sound. Using AI, the system generates a Factory Health Index, providing predictive maintenance alerts, identifying potential equipment failures, and enabling industries to take timely preventive action.
What makes FactorySync unique is its ability to monitor the factory as a connected ecosystem rather than individual machines. The solution is affordable, modular, retrofit-friendly, and capable of providing local alerts even in environments with limited internet connectivity—making it highly suitable for MSMEs.
The team’s future vision is to develop a working prototype, validate it in a real MSME environment, and evolve FactorySync into a comprehensive AI-powered factory intelligence platform.
We congratulate our students on this outstanding achievement. Their dedication, innovative thinking, and commitment to solving real-world industrial challenges exemplify the spirit of research and entrepreneurship. We wish them every success in the final round and look forward to many more milestones ahead.
Congratulations once again, and best wishes for the final presentation!
