5th National Pharmacovigilance Week | Day 5 Report
The fifth day of the 5th National Pharmacovigilance Week was observed on 21st September 2025 with a Walkathon organized at the N.E.T Campus. The event, scheduled at 8:30 AM, was specially intended for healthcare professionals to create awareness on the importance of pharmacovigilance and drug safety.
The walkathon carried the theme:
“Your Safety, Just a Click Away: Report to PvPI”
encouraging healthcare providers to actively report adverse drug reactions and contribute to strengthening patient safety practices.

Their presence and encouragement added great motivation to the students, showcasing the collective commitment of faculty and future pharmacists towards spreading awareness on pharmacovigilance.
Conclusion
The event successfully engaged healthcare professionals and highlighted the importance of ADR reporting in safeguarding community health.
